Description

Whenever an exception goes uncaught in the desktop interface, a bug report must be sent to the aggregator. Also, a user may go to the preferences window and use the interface to send its own report.

That's reasonable. Maybe I can use the same aggregator API to send bug report and exceptions. I need to be announced when the aggregator API is ready.
